Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Hilsa fish 400 gm
  2. 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  3. 3 table spoon Mustard Seed Paste
  4. 3 table spoon popy seed paste
  5. Milk 1/2 cup
  6. 2 Table spoon corriander Powder
  7. 2 Table spoon turmeric powder
  8. Green chillies
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 Cup water
  11. 1 cup mustard Oil

Instructions

  1. FRY FISH,SPLUTTER BLACK CUMIN SEEDS,ADD 3 TBSPMUSTARD& POPY SEED PASTE.THEN ADD TURMERIC POWDER,MILK
  2. ADD 2 TBSP CORRIANDER POWDER,STIRRED WELL.ADD 1 CUP WATER,ALLOW TO BOIL.ADD FRIED HILSA FISH, CHILLY
  3. NOW IT IS READY TO SERVE HILSA IN MILK-MUSTARD GRAVY.
