Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. chicken 1/2 kg
  2. ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  3. curd 1/2 cup
  4. onions 3 medium slice chopped horizontally
  5. Bay leaves 2pcs
  6. For garam masala
  7. cloves 4 pcs
  8. Black pepper 8
  9. Shjer 1/2 tsp
  10. Cenemon 1 inch
  11. coriander seeds 1/2Tbsp
  12. Cardamon 2 pcs
  13. For green masala
  14. garlic 7 pcs
  15. ginger 1/2 inch
  16. Fresh mint leaves 1/2 cup
  17. Fresh coriander leaves 1/4 cup
  18. spinach leavrs 1/2 cup
  19. lemon 1/2
  20. Green chillies 5pcs
  21. oil 2 Tbdp
  22. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. MARINATE CHICKEN WITH SALT, GINGER GARIC PASTE AND CURD FOR 1 HOUR
  2. PREPARE ALL INGREDIENTS.
  3. GRIND DRY MASALA IN MIXER.
  4. ADD LEMON IN GREEN MASALA
  5. GRIND WET MASALA IN MIXER AND MAKE PASTE
  6. ADD OIL IN COOKER
  7. ADD BAY LEAVES AND SLICED HORIZONTALLY CHOPPED ONIONS
  8. AFTER ONION BECOMES GOLDEN BROWN ADD MARINATED CHICKEN IN IT
  9. ADD DRY MASALA
  10. ADD WET GREEN MASALA
  11. ON HIGH FLAME OF GAS MAKE 2 WHISTLES AND ON SIM GAS FLAME COOK FOR 10 MINUTES.
