Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Banana peels of 6 bananas
  2. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  3. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Red chilly powder 1 teaspoon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Dry mango powder(aamchur) 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Carom seeds 1/3 teaspoon
  8. Oil 2 tablespoon
  9. Water 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. CHOPPED BANANA PEELS(CHHILKA) AND REGULAR SPICES
  2. HEAT 2 TABLESPOON OIL IN A WOK.
  3. ADD CAROM SEEDS.
  4. ADD CORIANDER POWDER,TURMERIC POWDER AND SAUTE FOR 15-20 SECONDS.
  5. ADD IN CHOPPED PEELS,RED CHILLY POWDER AND SALT.KEEP THE FLAME LOW.
  6. MIX IT WELL.
  7. ADD WATER AND COOK IT COVERED FOR 3-4 MINUTES ON LOW FLAME
  8. CHECK IN BETWEEN.IT IS DONE IF THE PEELS ARE SOFT.
  9. ADD DRY MANGO POWDER(AAMCHUR) AND MIX WELL.
