Instructions

  1. 1 CUP DOL,1 CUP IDLY RICE,1/2 CUP POHA..ALL THOSE SOAKED AT 4 HOURS..
  2. SOAKED INGREDIENTS MAKE FINE BATTER WITH THE HELP OF GRINDER ..
  3. 1/2 CUP POHA,1 TSP CORNSTARCH,1 STICK,CHEESE CUBE,1 TSP TOMATO KETCHUP,ONION SLICES, TOMATO SLICES,SPINACH, BOILED POTATO,1/2 TSP SALT,1/2 TSP CHILI PASTE,1 TSP BREAD GRAMS,1/4 CUP BOILED SWEET CORN,ONION PEICES
  4. TAKE THE IDLY STAND APPLY OIL,ADD SALT ON BATTER TRANSFER TO IDLY PLATE
  5. KEEP IDLY PLATE ON IDLY STAND KEEP STEAM @ 15 MIN
  6. SEPARATE IDLY TO THE STAND KEEP A SIDE
  7. FOR ALLOO TIKKA ...1/2 CUP POHA ADD WATER
  8. STRAIN WATER THROUGH FILTER..KEEP A BOWL,ADD ONION,BOILED SMASHED POTATO
  9. ADD CHOPPED ONION,SWEET CORN, CORNSTARCH
  10. ADD SALT, CHOPPED SPINACH
  11. MAKE A ALLOO POHA TIKKA,DIP INTO STARCH WATER
  12. THEN COATED WITH BREAD GRAMS
  13. KEEP FRI ON TAVVA
  14. FRI AS GOLD COLOUR BOTH SIDES
  15. THEN FRI IDLY ON SAME PAN
  16. APPLY TOMATO KETCHUP ON TOP OF FRIED IDLY
  17. KEEP ALLOO TIKKI IN A KETCHUP,THEN CHEEZ SLICE,THEN ONION SLICE
  18. THEN TOMATO SLICES ADD SEASON
  19. PUT MYONESE ON TOMATO SLICES THEN ADD ANOTHER FRIED IDLY ON TOP, GARNISH WITH SESIMAN SEEDS
  20. TAKE A SERVING PLATE PUT POHA IDLY BURGER... READY TO SERVE
