Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. fish pieces 4
  2. 2 potatoes peeled & cut alongside
  3. tomatoes chopped 1/2 cup
  4. salt & turmeric
  5. mustard oil 100 gms
  6. cumin powder 1 tblspn
  7. pepper powder 1 tspn
  8. slited green chillies 3

Instructions

  1. SMEAR THE CLEANED FISH PIECES WITH SALT & TURMERIC
  2. FRY THEM IN HOT MUSTARD OIL
  3. FRY UNTIL REDDISH BROWN FROM BOTH SIDES,REMOVE
  4. SLIDE SOME PEELED & BOIL POTATOES IN THE SAME OIL TO FRY,ADD SALT
  5. AFTER 2 MINS ADD 1/2 CUP CHOPPED TOMATOES,STIR
  6. ADD SLITED 3 GREEN CHILLIES AFTER THE TOMATOES GETTING SOFT,STIR A BIT
  7. ADDD 2 CUPS OF WATER INTO THE PAN
  8. ADD 1 TBLSPN CUMIN POWDER
  9. ADD 1 TSPN PEPPER POWDER,1 TSPN TURMERIC,STIR & BRING INTO BOIL,THEN SLIDE THE FRIED FISH
  10. ADD SALT TO TASTE( KEEP REMEMBERING THE SALT ADDED TO POTATOES)
  11. PUT A COVER AND KEEP BOILING FOR 6 MIN.TURN THE FLAME OFF
