Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 4 teaspoon oil
  2. 3 big garlic cloves finely chopped
  3. 2 tbsp onion finely chopped
  4. 2 tbsp white part spring onions chopped
  5. 2 tbsp green spring onions chopped
  6. 2 tbspn chopped carrots
  7. 2 tbsp Beans chopped
  8. half capsicum chopped
  9. 1 tbsp Bell pepper chopped
  10. 1 tsp red chilli sauce
  11. half tSP green chilli sauce
  12. 2 teaspoon vinegar
  13. 2-3 spoon soya sauce
  14. 1/4 tsp pepper
  15. Salt to taste
  16. 2 cups cooked Basmati rice
  17. For Garnish
  18. 1 tbsp green spring onions chopped

Instructions

  1. HEAT 4 TSP OIL, ADD 3 CHOPPED GARLIC CLOVES, SAUTE UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
  2. ADD 2 TBSP EACH OF CHOPPED ONIONS & SPRING ONIONS, SAUTE FOR 1 MINUTE
  3. ADD 2 TBSP EACH OF FRENCH BEANS, CARROTS, GREEN & YELLOW BELL PEPPERS
  4. ADD 2 TSP VINEGAR, ALL THE OTHER SAUCES, MIX & SAUTE ON HIGH HEAT
  5. ADD 2 CUPS OF COOKED & COOLED RICE, MIX IN GENTLY
  6. ADD SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
  7. ADD 1 TBSP CHOPPED SPRING ONION GREENS, MIX & TAKE OFF HEAT
  8. SERVE HOT
