Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 well riped Kerala Bananas
  2. 1 cup refined flour
  3. 3 tbsp rice flour
  4. A pinch turmeric ( for the light yellow color )
  5. A pinch salt
  6. 3 tbsp sugar
  7. Coconut oil for frying

Instructions

  1. ADD 1 CUP REFINED FLOUR, 3TBSP RICE FLOUR, 3 TBSP SUGAR, A PINCH TURMERIC AND A PINCH SALT. MIX THEM
  2. POUR IN WATER LITTLE BY LITTLE AND BRING ALL THEM TOGETHER TO A FINE BATTER.
  3. THE BATTER I PREFER IS TOWARDS THICK CONSISTENCY, SIMILAR TO IDLI BATTER. YOU CAN DILUTE MORE .
  4. SLICE THE KERALA BANANAS, DIP THEM IN BATTER AND PUT IN OIL COCONUT OIL. FRY UNTIL CRISP.
  5. BEAUTIFUL PAZHAM PORIS ARE READY. COCONUT OIL COMPLIMENTS THE NATIVE TASTE OF THIS DISH.
