Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Dill leaves finely chopped 2 cups
  2. Green chillies finely chopped 6pcs
  3. Garlic finely chopped 1 Tbsp
  4. Cumin and mustard seeds 2tsp
  5. Split moong dal 1 cup
  6. Oil 2 Tbsp
  7. Turmuric powder 1 tsp
  8. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. PREPARE ALL INGREDIENTS.
  2. WASH SPLIT MOONG DAL AND SOAK FOR 15 MINUTES.
  3. BOIL SPLIT MOONG DAL FOR 5 MINUTES.
  4. HEAT OIL IN KADHAIE.
  5. ADD CUMIN SEEDS AND MUSTARD SEEDS.
  6. ADD FINELY CHOPPED GARLIC.
  7. AFTER GARLIC TURNS BROWN ADD CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES.
  8. ADD FINELY CHOPPED DILL LEAVES.SOUTE FOR 5 MINUTES
  9. ADD BOILED SPLIT MOONG DAL.
  10. ADD TURMERIC POWDER.
  11. ADD SALT AS PER TASTE.COVER AND COOK FOR ANOTHER 5 MINUTES.
