Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250gram Brinjol
  2. 2 large onions
  3. 1 large Tomato
  4. 1 tbsp Corrinder
  5. 2tbsp oil
  6. 2 tsp chilli powder
  7. 1tsp garam masala
  8. 1/2 tsp Termeric
  9. Salt per taste

Instructions

  1. ONIONS,BRINJOL,TOMATO, CORRINDER CHOP FINELY.
  2. IN A MIXING BOWL ADD BRINJOL,ONIONS,TOMATO.
  3. ADD CORRINDER.
  4. ADD TERMERIC, CHILLI POWDER,GARAM MASALA,SALT AS PER TASTE
  5. MIX WEL.
  6. KEEP IT ASIDE FOR 5 MINS.
  7. HEAT PAN & ADD OIL.
  8. ADD NOW.
  9. STIR WEL.COOK ON SIMMER FLAME FOR 10MINS.
  10. NOW 1/2 CUP WATER.
  11. CONTINUE COOKING FOR ANOTHER 10MINUTES.
