  1. ADD 1SPOON TURMERIC POWDER CLEAN THE MUTTON
  2. GRIND GINGER AND GARLIC
  3. COCONUT PASTE
  4. GRIND COCONUT, ONION, TOMATO
  5. HEAT OIL ADD ELACHI, BAY LEAF, CLOVES, CINNAMON, CASHEWNUT GINGER,GARLIC PASTE
  6. ADD ONION, TOMATO, CHILLY, TURMERIC POWDER STIR FRY IT
  7. ADD CHILLY POWDER
  8. STIR FRY
  9. ADD COCONUT PASTE
  10. ADD GARAM MASALA
  11. ADD MUTTON MASALA
  12. ADD SALT
  13. CLOSE THE LID
  14. 5-7 WHISLE
  15. CURRY READY
  16. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES
  17. VERMICHILLI, SUGAR, ELACHI, CASHEWS ,NUTMEG
  18. HEAT THE PAN ADD GHEE
  19. ROASTED VERMICHILLI
  20. ADD WATER
  21. STAIN THE WATER IN RICE
  22. RICE READY
  23. BOILED WELL
  24. ADD SUGAR
  25. ADD ELACHI
  26. HEAT THE GHEE, ADD CASHEW NUTS ROASTED
  27. ADD CASHEWS
  28. POUR 1CUP MILK
  29. GREATER CARROT, SQUEEZE LEMON JUICE
  30. ADD SALT
