Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Noodles 1/2 packet
  2. Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  3. Garlic 15 to 20 pods
  4. bell peppers [sliced] - 1 cup
  5. Salt & pepper according to your taste
  6. babycorns - 1/2 cup
  7. mushrooms - 200 gm
  8. onion [sliced] - 1

Instructions

  1. HEAT 1 TSP OIL, ADD 3 CRUSHED GARLIC CLOVES, SAUTE UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
  2. ADD 1 EACH OF YELLOW & RED SLICED BELL PEPPERS
  3. ADD SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
  4. ADD 200 GMS SLICED MUSHROOMS, STIR & COOK TILL DRY, SET ASIDE
  5. HEAT 1 TSP OIL, ADD 3 CRUSHED GARLIC CLOVES, SAUTE UNTIL BROWN
  6. ADD 5 SLICED BABY CORNS, SAUTE
  7. ADD SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
  8. ADD 1 SLICED ONION, SAUTE UNTIL SOFT, SET ASIDE
  9. HEAT 1 TSP OIL, ADD 6 CRUSHED GARLIC CLOVES, SAUTE UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
  10. ADD 1 CUP TORN FRESH BASIL LEAVES, SAUTE UNTIL THEY SHRINK IN SIZE
  11. ADD 1 TBSP SOY SAUCE
  12. ADD ALL THE READY, STIR FRIED VEGGIES, MIX & SAUTE
  13. ADD 2 CUPS BOILED NOODLES, GENTLY TOSS WITH THE VEGGIES FOR 1-2 MINS, SERVE HOT
