Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mint leaves 2 cups
  2. Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  3. Chilli 1
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Grated raw mango 2 medium size
  6. Black salt to taste
  7. Sugar 2-3 tbs
  8. Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  9. Cumin powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. TAKE 2 CUPS OF FRESH MINT LEAVES/PUDINA IN A BLENDER
  2. ADD 1/2 CUP FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES/DHANIYA
  3. GRATED 2 RAW MANGO/ KAIRI
  4. ADD 1 GREEN CHILLI / HARI MIRCH
  5. 1/2 TSP SALT OR TO TASTE
  6. ADD 1/4 TSP BLACK SALT/ KALA NAMAK
  7. ADD 1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER/ KAALI MIRCH
  8. ADD 2.5 TBS SUGAR OR TO TASTE/ CHINI
  9. ADD 1/4 TSP CUMIN POWDER/ JEERA POWDER
  10. NOW BLEND IT & MAKE A FINE PASTE
  11. IT'S DONE.. STORE INTO REFRIGERATOR UPTO 2-3 DAYS
