Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Prawns(cleaned and de-veined) 250 gms
  2. Curry leaves 2 fistful
  3. Garlic 3 pods
  4. Ginger 1/2 inch
  5. Green chillies 3
  6. Lemon 1
  7. Fennel seeds 1 teaspoon
  8. Black pepper 1 teaspoon
  9. Salt accordingly
  10. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Coconut oil 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. KEEP PRAWNS,CURRYLEAVES,GINGER,GARLIC,GREEN CHILLIES,LEMON,FENNEL,BLACK PEPPER READY
  2. ADD CURRY LEAVES,FENNEL,PEPPER,GINGER,GARLIC, GREEN CHILLIES IN A BLENDER
  3. GRIND TO A SMOOTH PASTE
  4. ADD IT TO THE CLEANED PRAWNS
  5. ADD SALT TURMERIC POWDER AND LEMON JUICE
  6. MIX WELL AND LET IT MARINATE FOR AN HOUR
  7. HEAT 2 TABLESPOONS OF COCONUT OIL IN A KADAI
  8. ADD FEW CURRY LEAVES AND FRY TILL CRISPY
  9. COLLECT THEM IN A BOWL FOR GARNISHING
  10. ADD THE PRAWNS MARINATED IN CURRY LEAVES
  11. STIR WELL AND LET IT COOK IN MEDIUM FLAME FOR 10 MINUTES
  12. COOK TILL ALL THE WATER IS ABSORBED AND NASALA IS WELL COATED AND OIL OOZES OUT
  13. GARNISH WITH FRIED CURRY LEAVES
  14. CURRY LEAVES PRAWN FRY IS READY TO SERVE
