Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Fish egg - 200 gm
  2. White oil - 2 tablespoons
  3. mustard oil - 2 tablespoons
  4. turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon
  6. sugar - 1 teaspoon
  7. salt to taste
  8. coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  9. cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  10. chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
  11. onion chopped - 2 no
  12. Green chilli chopped - 2 no
  13. garlic cloves - 6 no
  14. ginger - 1"
  15. tomato - 1 no

Instructions

  1. IN A PLATE ADD FISH EGG , SALT , CHOPPED ONION , CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI , GRAM FLOUR
  2. MIX WELL
  3. HEAT 2 TABLESPOONS OIL IN A PAN ADD FRY THE SMALL BALL IN FISH EGGS
  4. FRY IT IN LOW MEDIUM HEAT
  5. FRY BOTH SIDES TILL THEY ARE GOLDEN BROWN IN COLORS
  6. IN A BLENDER ADD CHOPPED ONION , GARLIC , GINGER AND TOMATO
  7. HEAT 2 TABLESPOONS MUSTARD OIL IN A PAN
  8. ADD CUMIN SEEDS AND BENGALI PANCHFORON
  9. NOW ADD THE ONION PASTE
  10. FRY IT 8 MINUTES
  11. ADD 1/2 TEASPOON TURMERIC POWDER , 1 TEASPOON CUMIN POWDER
  12. 1 TEASPOON CORIANDER POWDER , 1 TEASPOON RED CHILLI POWDER , 1/2 TEASPOON SUGAR AND SALT TO TASTE
  13. MIX WELL
  14. FRY IT 5 MINUTES ADD 1 CUP OF WATER AND MIX WELL
  15. ADD THE FISH EGG BOLLS AND COOKED IT MEDIUM HEAT FOR 7 - 8 MINUTES
  16. AFTER 7 MINUTES STIR WELL
  17. ADD 1/2 TEASPOON OF GARAM MASALA POWDER AND SWITCH OFF THE FLAME
  18. SERVE ONLY STEAM RICE AND ENJOYYYYYYYYY
