  1. Raw banana -1/2 kg
  2. Onions - 3
  3. Tomatoes - 2 small
  4. Panchphoran - 1/2 tspn
  5. Green chillies - 2
  6. Haldi - 1 tspn
  7. Red chilli powder - 2 tspn
  8. Black pepper powder - 1/2 tspn
  9. Dhaniya powder - 1 tspn
  10. Ginger garlic paste / crushed garlic - 1 tspn
  11. Salt
  12. Oil
  13. Water

Instructions

  1. PEEL THE RAW BANANAS AND CUT IT
  2. HEAT OIL AND ADD PANCHPHORAN
  3. ADD GREEN CHILLIES AND LET THEM SPLUTTER
  4. NOW ADD CHOPPED ONIONS
  5. SAUTE THEM A LITTLE, YOU DONT HAVE TO MAKE TRANSLUCENT
  6. ADD THE RAW BANANAS
  7. SAUTE THEM, LOWER THE FLAME AND COOK BY COVERING.
  8. MEANWHILE, TAKE HALDI, RED CHILLI POWDER
  9. BLACK PEPPER POWDER, DHANIYA POWDER
  10. AND CRUSHED GARLIC, U CAN USE GINGER GARLIC PASTE ALSO
  11. NOW ADD SALT IN THE BANANAS SO THAT IT GETS ABSORBED, MIX PROPERLY
  12. ADD LITTLE WATER TO THE MASALAS, AND ADD THIS TO THE BANANAS
  13. SAUTE THEM TILL MASALA GETS COOKED
  14. ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES, TOMATO PUREE ALSO CAN BE USED INSTEAD, ALLOW TO COOK FOR 5 MIN
  15. ADD 4 TSPN WATER IF MASALA ARE STICKING AND COVER
  16. ONCE NICE AROMA OF MASALA COMES, ADD SUFFICIENT WATER AND SALT
  17. ADD WATER SO THAT EACH PIECE GETS COVERED AND LET IT SIT FOR 5 TO 10 MIN BY COVERING
  18. CHECK IF THE WATER HAS EVAPORATED AND BANANAS HAVE BECOMES SOFT
