  1. Chana daal 3 cups
  2. Green chilli paste 1 tsp
  3. Salt
  4. Jeera 1 tsp
  5. For tadka
  6. Oil 4 tsp
  7. 2 tsp rai
  8. 2 tsp jeera
  9. 6 dey red chillies
  10. For kadi
  11. 2 cups curd
  12. 2 tsp gram flour
  13. 1 tsp green chilli paste
  14. Salt
  15. Oil 2 tsp
  16. 1 tsp rai jeera
  17. Curry leaves Few
  18. Dry red chillies 2
  19. Hing pinch
  20. Corainder leaves
  21. Onion finely chopped 1 cup

Instructions

  1. SOAK 3 CUPS CHANA DAAL FOR 8 HRS
  2. GRIND CHANA DAAL INTO FINE PASTE
  3. ADD SALT, JEERA AND GREEN CHILLI PASTE
  4. STEAM WATER IN A BIG VESSEL..PUT STAND IN THE BASE
  5. GREESE PERFORATED CHANNI WITH OIL ..
  6. NOW ADD DUMPLINGS OF CHANA DAAL MIXTURE
  7. PUT IT FOR STEAMING FOR ABOUT 10 MIN
  8. CHECK AFTER 10 MIN..OFF THE GAS
  9. LETS START FOR ONLY TADKA.HEAT OIL IN KADAI. ADD RAI JEERA AND DRY REDCHILLES.OFF THE GAS.KEEP ASIDE
  10. FOR KADI..TAKE 2 CUPS OF CURD,2 TSP GRAM FLOUR AND 1 TSP GREEN CHILLI PASTE AND ENOUGH WATER
  11. BLEND INTO FINE LIQUID
  12. BOIL KADI BY STIRRING CONSTANTLY
  13. FOR TADKA OF KADI..HEAT OIL..ADD RAI JEERA,CURRY LEAVEZ AND DRY RED CHILLI PIECE
  14. ADD PINCH OF HING AND TRANSFER IT INTO KADI
  15. CRUMBLE DOKLAS.
  16. ADD 2 TSP OF TADKA, 2 TSP ONION FINELY CHOPPED,CORAINDER LEAVES
  17. MIX WELL
