Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer 200 g
  2. Onion big one(150g)
  3. Tomato 150g
  4. Coriander powder 2 teaspoon
  5. Black pepper powder about 2 teaspoon
  6. Chopped ginger 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Chopped 2 green chilli
  8. oil

Instructions

  1. YOU NEED PANEER, SLICED ONION, SLICED TOMATO,CORIANDER POWDER
  2. Heat oil add cumin seeds then onions and slightly sugar fry it for few minutes then cover for few minutes.
  3. Remove the cover and add tomato mix it, add little coriander powder,Black pepper powder chopped ginger and cilli and fry again.
  4. Add paneer and mix. Add little more coriander powder, black pepper powder
  5. Add salt and mix well. Cover again for few minutes.
  6. Remove the cover stir it. Turn off the flame. Tawa Paneer is ready to serve.
  7. Serve with Paratha or roti or rice.
