Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Watermelon 1/2 kg
  2. sugar 2 tbs
  3. Black salt 1.5 tsp
  4. mint leaves 10
  5. lemon juice 2-3 tsp
  6. Roasted cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  7. Chilled water as required

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1/2 KG WATERMELON PIECES IN A BLENDER
  2. ADD 2-3 TSP LEMON JUICE OR TO TASTE
  3. ADD 2 TBS SUGAR (IT'S OPTIONAL)
  4. ADD 8-10 MINT LEAVES
  5. ADD 1.5 TSP BLACK SALT/ KAALA NAMAK
  6. ADD 1/2 TSP ROASTED CUMIN SEEDS/ BHUNA JEERA
  7. BLEND IT FOR 1-2 MINUTES
  8. IT'S DONE
  9. STRAIN IT
  10. ADD CHILLED WATER ACCORDING TO YOUR CONSISTENCY
  11. YOU CAN ADJUST THE SALT & LEMON JUICE LATER ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE
