  1. Eggs 4
  2. Onion 1 chopped
  3. Green chilli 2-3 chopped
  4. Tomato 1 chopped
  5. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  6. Pav bhaji masala powder 1tsp
  7. Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  8. Oil/butter 2tbsp
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL IN A PAN, ADD CHOPPED ONIONS AND GREEN CHILLI.
  2. SPRINKLE LITTLE SALT.
  3. SAUTE TILL ONIONS BECOME LITTLE SOFT.
  4. MIX WELL AND COOK FOR 2MINS.
  5. ADD TO THE ONION TOMATO MIXTURE AND MIX WELL.
  6. BEAT 4EGGS WITH LITTLE SALT.
  7. ADD TO THE ONION TOMATO MIXTURE.
  8. MIX EVERYTHING WELL.
  9. WHISK THEM THOROUGHLY UNTIL COOKED.
