  1. chicken 500g
  2. onions 2 medium sized
  3. tomato 1 big size
  4. ginger Cumin paste 2 table spoon
  5. garlic paste 1 table spoon
  6. potatoes 4
  7. Green cilli
  8. Salt sugar and termaric as required
  9. Garam mashala powder 1 teaspoon
  10. Bay leaf 1
  11. cardamom pods cinnamon clove
  12. oil for cooking
  13. ghee 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. CHICKEN PIECES- RUB SALT, TURMERIC AND CILLI POWDER,OIL ONION GINGER CUMIN PASTE GARLIC PASTE TOMATO
  2. CILLI, GARAM MASHALA POWDER, POTATOES
  3. MUSTARD OIL , SUGAR , SALT, TURMERIC POWDER
  4. WHOLE CARDAMOM PODS, CINNAMON, CLOVE, BAY LEAF
  5. HEAT OIL
  6. ADD WHOLE SPICES
  7. ADD ONION AND SLIGHTLY SUGAR FRY
  8. ADD GARLIC PASTE
  9. ADD GINGER CUMIN PASTE
  10. ADD TOMATO AND MIX WELL
  11. COVER IT FOR FEW MINUTES
  12. REMOVE THE COVER
  13. ADD CHICKEN AND MIX
  14. ADD POTATOES
  15. ADD SALT AND LITTLE MORE GINGER CUMIN PASTE MIX WELL
  16. ADD GREEN CILLIES
  17. STIR CONTINUOUSLY
  18. COVER IT FOR 6-8 MINUTES
  19. REMOVE THE COVER
  20. ADD WATER
  21. MIX AND COVER AGAIN LET IT COOK FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES
