ABOUT Egg Bhurji RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. eggs 4
  2. onion 1 chopped
  3. Green chilli 2-3 chopped
  4. tomato 1 chopped
  5. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  6. Pav bhaji masala powder 1tsp
  7. turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  8. Oil/butter 2tbsp
  9. salt as per taste
  10. Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL, ADD 1 FINELY CHOPPED ONION, 2-3 GREEN CHILLIES, SAUTE
  2. SPRINKLE SOME SALT, FRY UNTIL THE ONIONS TURN TRANSLUCENT
  3. ADD 1 CHOPPED TOMATO, COOK TILL SOFT
  4. ADD SALT, 1 TSP EACH OF RED CHILLI POWDER & PAV BHAJI MASALA, 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER, MIX WELL
  5. BEAT 4 EGGS TILL FROTHY
  6. ADD TO THE ONION-TOMATO MIX, MIX IN
  7. ADD SALT TO TASTE, SAUTE UNTIL DRY
  8. THE EGG BHURJI IS DONE, GARNISH WITH 1 TBSP CHOPPED FRESH CORIANDER, SERVE HOT
