Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Salted flattened rice ( pori ) - 1 cup
  2. carrot - 1
  3. onion - 1
  4. Green chillie - 1
  5. Raw mango - 1
  6. Salr to taste
  7. chilli Powder - 4 tbsp

Instructions

  1. TAKE A BOWL. ADD A TSP SALT, 1 TBSP CHILLI POWDER, AND MIX WITH 1 TBSP COCONUT OIL.
  2. I HAVE FINELY CHOPPED CARROT, RAW MANGO, FEW GREEN CHILLIES AND ONION.
  3. MIX THE CHOPPED VEGETABLES INSIDE THE CHILLI POWDER MIXTURE.
  4. ADD 1 - 2 TBSP COCONUT OIL AND BRING ALL TOGETHER.
  5. ADD IN FRESH AND CRISP FLATTENED RICE ( PORI ) INTO THE VEGETABLE PORTION AND MIX THEM WELL.
  6. TOP THEM WOTH ANOTHER SCCPP OF COCONUT OIL.
  7. SERVE THEM IMMEDIATELY.
