Instructions

  1. ADD TURMERIC POWDER FOR MUTTON AND BONE MUTTON
  2. KEEP IT IN A COOKER FOR BOILING
  3. TAKE 1/2KG RICE
  4. SOKE FOR 30 MINUTES
  5. HEAT 1/2SPOON GHEE, ADD 4CLOVES,2CARDAMON ,2 INCHCINNAMON, 1ANISE FLOWER, 1BAY LEAF
  6. ROAST IT
  7. PUT MIXER
  8. GRAIND BIRIYANI POWDER
  9. HEAT 50MLOIL AND 50 ML GHEE, ADD BIRIYANI POWDER AND ONION
  10. FRY IT
  11. ADD TOMATOES
  12. ADD HANDFUL CORIANDER LEAVES, HANDFUL MINT LEAVES AND 2SPOON GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  13. ADD 3 GREEN CHILLIES AND 1/4 SPOON TURMERIC POWDER
  14. ADD 2 SPOON RED CHILLY POWDER
  15. ADD SALT AND RICE
  16. ADD WATER CLOSE THE LID
  17. 1TOMATO, ONION, COCONUT PASTE,GINGER GARLIC PASTE, CHOPPED ONION BOILED BONE MUTTON
  18. POUR 2 SPOON OLIVE OIL
  19. 1/4SPOON MUSTARD SEED AND ONION
  20. ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND COCONUT PASTE STIR FRY IT
  21. ADD MUTTON AND 1 SPOON GRAM MASALA POWDER
  22. ADD MUTTON MASALA POWDER
  23. ADD CHILLY POWDER
  24. ANOTHER SIDE BIRIYANI IS READY
  25. 2CHOPPED ONION ADD 1/2 CUP CURD AND SALT
  26. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES ONION RAITHA READY
  27. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES MUTTON BONE CURRY READY
  28. RICE :HOT WATER ADD1 CUP RICE
  29. DRAIN EXCESS WATER WHITE RICE READY
  30. BARNYARD MILLET KHEER:2HANDFUL BARNYARD MILLET, 200GM JAGGARY,NUTMEG PINCH, 2ELACHI, CUTTED COCONUT HANDFUL MOONGDAL
  31. ROAST THE MOONGDAL AND BARNYARD MILLET
  32. ROAST WELL COME AROMA
  33. 4CUPS HOT WATER ADD ROASTED MOONGDAL AND BARNYARD MILLET
  34. HEAT THE 1/2GHEE ROAST THE COCONUT
  35. ROAST WELL
  36. SQUEEZE THE 1BIG TOMOTO JUICE, 1 SPOON BLACK PEPPER, SPOON 1 SPOONCUMIN SEEDS, CURRY& CORIANDER LEAVES, PINCH OF ASAFOETIDA POWDER
  37. HEAT THE OIL ADD MUSTARD SEED CREAKED
  38. ADD CURRY LEAVES AND RASAM POWDER
  39. ADD TOMATO JUICE
  40. ADD 1/4 SPOON TURMERIC POWDER
  41. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES AND SALT
  42. BARNYARD MILLET IS BOILED ADD JAGGERY
  43. EGG MASALA :HEAT THE OIL ADD MUSTARD SEED
