  7. 1 TSP ZEERA [CUMIN SEEDS]
  8. HALDI POWDER - 1 TSP
  9. 1/2 TBSP CHILLI POWDER
  10. 1/2 TBSP DHANIYA [CORIANDER] POWDER
  11. 2 TBSP CHOPPED DHANIA [CORIANDER LEAVES]

Instructions

  1. IN A KADAI IN 2 TBSP OIL ADD 1TSP EACH RAI,ZEERA&HALDIPWDR AND 1 TBSP CHILLI &DHANIA PWDR &MIX
  2. ADD 3 CHOPPED ONIONS AND SAUTE
  3. ADD 2 TBSP CHOPPED DHANIA
  4. ADD 1 TSP SALT AND MIX
  5. ADD 4 CAPSICUM, CUBED
  6. ADD 2 TBSP TOASTED PEANUTS
  7. ADD 2 TBSP CORN KERNELS
  8. COVER AND COOK TILL CAPSICUM GETS SOFT.WHEN PRESSED WITH THE SPATULA THE CAPSICYM SHULD BREAK EASILY
  9. ADD 2 TBSP TAWA ROASTED BESAN AATA
  10. MIX WELL SO NO LUMPS ARE LEFT
  11. COVER AND COOK THE BESAN FOR 5 TO 7 MINS
  12. OUR BESAN SHIMLA MITCH SABJI IS READY
