Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cooked rice 1 1/2 cup
  2. pomegranate seeds 1 cup
  3. curd 1 cup
  4. salt to taste
  5. asafoetida a pinch
  6. onion chopped 1 cup
  7. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  8. Channa dal 1 tsp
  9. jeera 1/2 tsp
  10. ghee 2 tsp
  11. coriander leaves 3 string

Instructions

  1. HEAT 2 TSP OF GHEE, LET SPLUTTER MUSTARD SEEDS
  2. ADD CUMIN SEEDS AND CHANNA DAL
  3. CHOPPED ONION, FRY TILL TRANSULANT
  4. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES, TAKE OFF FLAME AND ALLOW IT TO COOL
  5. FINELY COOKED RICE 1 1/2 CUP
  6. ADD FRIED ONION
  7. ASAFOETIDA A PINCH, SALT TO TASTE
  8. CURD 1 CUP
  9. POMEGRANATE SEEDS 1 CUP
  10. MIX WELL AND SERVE
