Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. okra [lady fingers] 100 gms
  2. zeera [cumin seeds] 1 tablespoon
  3. soaked rice 1/2 cup
  4. red chilli 5-6
  5. garlic 7-8
  6. oil for frying
  7. cornflour 1 tsp


  1. Cut both the sides of okra or ladies finger and slit in the middle
  2. Make a coarse paste using soaked rice 1/2 cup,zeera 1 tablespoon,red chilli 5-6,garlic 7-8
  3. Make a coarse paste and add turmeric powder
  4. Add salt,masala paste 1 tsp and 1 tsp cornflour to the okra
  5. Mix well
  6. Heat oil in a pan
  7. Once the oil is heated add the okra
  8. Flip them
  9. Take them out once they are golden brown and crispy
  10. Serve hot
