Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Green grapes 1 cup
  2. Turmeric powder 1 pinch
  3. Mint leaves handfull
  4. Jeera 1 1/2 tsp
  5. Black pepper 1 tsp
  6. Cloves 3 no.
  7. Red chilli 1
  8. Ajwain 1/4 tsp
  9. Methi 1/4 tsp
  10. Curry leaves few
  11. White sesame 2 tsp
  12. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  13. Coconut oil 2 tsp
  14. Water
  15. Salt to taste
  16. Tamarind syrup 1 tsp
  17. Jaggery 1/4 lemon sized
  18. Coriander leaves chopped few

Instructions

  1. DRY FRY JEERA, BLACK PEPPER EACH 1 TSP
  2. CLOVES 3, RED CHILLI 1
  3. AJWAIN 1/4 TSP, METHI 1/4 TSP, FRY TILL GOOD AROMA IN LOW FLAME
  4. ADD TURMERIC POWDER, CURRY LEAVES, MIX WELL AND TAKE OFF THE FLAME
  5. GREEN GRAPES DESEEDED 1 CUP, MINT LEAVES HANDFULL, BLEND SMOOTHLY
  6. ADD FRIED MASALA, CONTINUE GRINDING
  7. IN THE SAME PAN ADD MUSTARD SEEDS, CUMIN SEEDS EACH 1/2 TSP AND 2 TSP COCONUT OIL, LET IT SPLUTTER
  8. ADD WHITE SESAME
  9. AFTER WELL FRY ADD GROUND PASTE
  10. ADD SUFFICIENT WATER 3-4 CUP
  11. TAMARIND SYRUP 1 TSP
  12. SALT TO TASTE
  13. JAGGERY 1/4 LEMON SIZED, BRING IT TO BOIL FINELY
  14. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES AND TURN OFF THE FLAME, SERVE WITH HOT RICE
