These are known rasiya muthiya because it has curry with muthyaas with yum tangy taste of curd and lemon juice ,they are healthy too because I have used bottle gourd and rice here for binding and curd for curry ,I have used homemade kasuri methi ,you can use fresh methi also ,so friends lets make rasiya muthiyaas

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1bottle gourd
  2. 2tsp fresh malai
  3. 1/2bowl of cooked rice
  4. Wheat flour 2cups
  5. oil 2tsp
  6. salt to taste
  7. 1tsp garam .masala powder
  8. 1tsp cummin seeds
  9. 1tsp mustard seeds
  10. 2tbsp of curd
  11. 2tsp of red chilly powder
  12. 1tsp of turmeric powder
  13. 2tsp of dry corriander powder
  14. Fresh curry leave
  15. Kasuri methi or fresh methi handful
  16. Fresh corriander chopped

Instructions

  1. WASH ,PEEL AND GRATE 1MEDIUM SIZE BOTTLE GOURD/LAUKI
  2. ADD 1/2 CUP OF COOKED RICE AND 2CUPS OF WHEAT FLOUR
  3. ADD1/2TSP OF TURMERIC POWDER ,1TSP EACH OF RED CHILLY POWDER AND DRY CORRIANDER POWDER
  4. ADD 1TSP OF GARAM MASALA AND SALT TO TASTE
  5. ADD 2TSP OF MALAI
  6. ADD HANDFUL OF KASURI METHI OR YOU CAN USE FRESH METHI
  7. ADD 2TSP OF OIL
  8. ADD 1SACHET OF ENO
  9. KNOW BIND THE DOUGH DO NOT ADD WATER
  10. DIP FINGERS IN WATER AND TAKE DOUGH AND MAKE OBLONG SHAPE
  11. PLACE IN STEAMER PAN
  12. AFTER MAKING ALL KEEP PAN IN STEAMER AND STEAM FOR 15-20 MI UTES
  13. CLOSE THE LID AND STEAM
  14. OPEN THE LID
  15. TEMOVE THEM IN SEPARATE PLATE AND CUT THEM IN 1INCH PIECES
  16. ADD OIL IN DEEP PAN AND KEEP IT ON LOW FLAME
  17. IN A BOWL ADD 2TBSP OF CURD
  18. ADD RED CHILLY POWDER AND CORRIANDER POWDER1TSP EACH AND 1/2TSP OF TURMERIC POWDER
  19. WHISK IT
  20. IN HOT OIL ADD 1TSP OF CUMMIN SEEDS AND 1TSP OF MUSTARD SEEDS AND SOME CURRY LEAVES
  21. NOW ADD WHISK CURD
  22. ADD 1/2GLASS OF WATER
  23. KNOW ADD MUTHIYAS
  24. COVER AND COOK FOR SOMETIME
  25. ADD 1LEMON JUICE
  26. ADD FRESH CHOPPED CORRIANDER LEAVES
  27. REMOVE IN SERVING BOWL
