  1. Rice 1 cup
  2. Leftover moong dal mixed curry 2 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Water 1/2 ltr
  5. Cooking oil 3 tsp
  6. Groundnut few
  7. Coconut gratings hand full
  8. Garlic cloves 15
  9. Onion chopped 1
  10. Turmeric powder a pinch

Instructions

  1. CLEANLY WASH RICE 1 CUP, ADD 1/2 LTR WATER
  2. ADD SALT TO TASTE, LEFTOVER MOONG DAL MIXED CURRY 2 CUP
  3. STIR ONCE, COVER AND COOK FOR 3-4 WHISTLES
  4. HEAT OIL AND FRY GARLIC CLOVES
  5. ADD ONION, FRY TILL TENDER
  6. ADD TURMERIC POWDER
  7. ADD FEW FRIED GROUNDNUT
  8. ADD COOKED RICE
  9. MIX WELL
  10. ADD GRATED COCONUT, MIX AND SERVE
