  1. Potatoes 5
  2. Green peas 1/4 cup
  3. Onions 2
  4. Green chillies 3-4
  5. Ginger optional
  6. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Cashews
  8. Salt required
  9. Curry leaves
  10. Coriander leaves
  11. For tempering
  12. Oil
  13. Mustard
  14. Channa dal 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. RINSE 5 POTATOES
  2. PRESSURE COOK FOR 5 WHISTLES
  3. TAKE 2 SLICED ONIONS, GREEN PEAS, CURRY LEAVES AND 4 GREEN CHILLIES
  4. HEAT OIL. ADD MUSTARD. ALLOW TO CRACK
  5. ADD 1 TBSP CHANNA DAL
  6. SAUTE SLICED ONION
  7. ADD CASHEWS, GREEN CHILLIES, CURRY LEAVES AND GREEN PEAS
  8. SAUTE TILL ONION COLOR CHANGES TO LITE BROWN
  9. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER, REQUIRED SALT. MIX
  10. ADD BOILED POTATOES
  11. SAUTE
  12. ADD CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES AND 1 CUP WATER
  13. BOIL MIXTURE
  14. MASH FEW POTATOES FOR CONSISTENCY
  15. SERVE WITH POORI
