  1. Coconut oil 1/4 cup
  2. Cashews few
  3. Garlic cloves 15-20
  4. Chopped onion 1 cup
  5. Star anise 1
  6. Cinnamon stick 1 inch
  7. Japatre/mace 1
  8. Marathi moggu 1
  9. Clove 5
  10. Black pepper 8-10
  11. Pandan leaf 1
  12. Carrots chopped 1 cup
  13. Potatoes chopped 1 cup
  14. Ginger 1 inch
  15. Curry leaves few
  16. Coriander leaves 2 string
  17. Raisins few
  18. Soya chunks 15
  19. Cleanly washed rice 2 cup
  20. Soya bean 1/4 cup
  21. Green peas 1/4 cup
  22. Salt to taste
  23. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  24. Water 3-4 cup
  25. Baby corn chopped 200 gms
  26. Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. HEAT COCONUT OIL 1/4 CUP, FRY CASHEWS
  2. ADD GARLIC CLOVES FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  3. FRY CHOPPED ONION TILL TENDER
  4. MARATHI MOGGU, CINNAMON STICK, JAPATRE, STAR ANISE
  5. CLOVE, BLACK PEPPER
  6. PANDAN LEAF 1
  7. CHOPPED CARROTS AND POTATOES
  8. GINGER, CURRY LEAVES AND CORIANDER LEAVES
  9. RAISINS FEW
  10. SOYA CHUNKS SOAKED IN HOT WATER FOR 5 MINUTES, SQUEEZE THEM
  11. ADD SQUEEZED SOYA CHUNKS
  12. CLEANLY WASHED RICE
  13. OVERNIGHT SOAKED SOYA BEAN AND GREEN PEAS
  14. SALT TO TASTE
  15. CHILLI POWDER
  16. BABY CORN
  17. CARDAMOM POWDER, SUFFICIENT WATER
  18. MIX WELL, COVER AND COOK FOR 2 WHISTLES
  19. AFTER WARM OPEN THE LID
  20. MIX WELL AND SERVE
