Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Lauki 250 grms
  2. Gg paste 1 tsp
  3. Tikka masala pwdr 2 tsp
  4. Tandoori masalapwdr 1 tsp
  5. Curd 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. TAKE 250 GRMS LAUKI AND CUT IT INTO ROUNDELS &ADD 1 TSP GG PASTE
  2. ADD 1 TSP TANDOORI MASALA PWDR
  3. 1 TBSP TIKKA MASALA
  4. 2 TBSP THICK CURD
  5. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI SAUCE
  6. MIX WELL
  7. MARINATE RHE LAUKI FOR 30 MINS
  8. TAKE 1 TSP GHEE AND ADD 1 TSP ZEERA & 1 PC CINNAMON AND CLOVE
  9. ADD 1 TSP TIKKA MASALA PWDR
  10. NOW ADD THE MARINATED LAUKI
  11. ADD LITTLE WATER AND COVER AND COOK TILL THW LAUKI IS ALL DONE
  12. ALL READY
  13. TAKE A PIECE OF COAL AMD HEAT IT
  14. PLACE THE FOIL ABOVE THE LAUKI AND PLACE THE COAL
  15. ADD 1 TSP PURE GHEE AND COVER SO THE SMOKE GETS INFUSED IN THE LAUKI
  16. YUM
  17. FINGER LICKING GOOD....
