Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 50 gram paneer
  2. 1 cup coriander
  3. 15 leaves palak
  4. 2 tbsp curd
  5. 2 tbsp fresh cream or Malai
  6. 1 green chilli
  7. 2 tomatoes
  8. 1 large onion
  9. half inch ginger
  10. 10 clove garlic
  11. 2 bay leaf
  12. salt to taste
  13. 2 teaspoon kasuri methi
  14. 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  15. half teaspoon turmeric
  16. 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. IN A PAN HEAT OIL ,ADD ONION, CHILLIES, GINGER AND GARLIC.SAUTE
  2. ADD TOMATOES
  3. COOK TOMATOES TILL SOFTEN.ADD PALAK.
  4. COOK THE PALAK FOR 2MINS.ADD CORRINDER.
  5. OFF THE FLAME IMMEDIATELY.
  6. MAKE FINE PASTE.
  7. HEAT PAN.ADD OIL.
  8. ADD BAY LEAF.
  9. ADD CHILLIES.
  10. ADD PALAK PASTE.
  11. SAUTE FOR 8 MINS.
  12. CURD & FRESH CREAM.
  13. ADD CURD
  14. ADD FRESH CREAM.
  15. MIX WEL.
  16. COVER WITH LID.
  17. WHEN GRAVY LEAVES OIL.ADD TERMERIC & SALT.
  18. ADD GARAM MASALA.
  19. MIX WEL.
  20. ADD PANEER.
  21. ADD KASURI METHI.COOK FOR 2MINS.
