Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Gramflour(besan)1-11/2 cup
  2. Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  3. turmeric powder 1 tsp
  4. coriander powder 2 tsp
  5. salt to taste
  6. onion 2
  7. Green chilli 4
  8. cumin seeds 1 tsp
  9. oil 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL.ADD CHOPPED ONIONS IN IT.
  2. SAUTE IT NICELY
  3. IT HAD STARTED TURNING BROWN
  4. ADD CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI IN IT
  5. NOW ADD RED CHILLI POWDER, SALT, TURMERIC POWDER, CORIANDER POWDER IN IT
  6. IN ANOTHER KADAI HEAT OIL CRACKLE CUMIN SEEDS THEN ADD ALL RED CHILLI POWDER,SALT,TURMERIC POWDER , CORIANDER POWDER AND WATER AND LET IT BOIL
  7. NOW ADD GRAMFLOUR IN IT.STIR CONTINUOUSLY .COOK TILL WATER DISSAPEARS
  8. NOW TRANSFER THIS THICKENED GRAMFLOUR IN THE FIRST KADAI AND MIX NICELY.
