  2. curd -1 cup
  3. Coconut-3 pieces
  4. Onion-1
  5. Curry leaves
  6. Green chilly-2
  7. oil
  8. mustard seed-1spoon
  9. Ginger-1 piece
  10. cumin seeds
  11. salt
  12. Hing-1/2 spoon
  13. Fried grams-2table spoon
  14. Ladies fingers-5
  15. turmeric powder-1/2 spoon
  16. For potato fry:
  17. Potato-2
  18. oil
  19. salt
  20. turmeric powder-1/4 spoon
  21. chilly powder-1/2spoon

Instructions

  1. GRIND THE COCONUT, CUMIN SEEDS, CHILLY,FRIED GRAMS,GINER, CURRY LEAVES LIKE A PASTE
  2. TRANSFER THE COCONUT PASTE TO ANOTHER VESSEL
  3. ADD WHIPPED CURD
  4. ADD TURMERIC POWDER
  5. ADD HING
  6. ADD SALT
  7. MIX IT WELL
  8. IN PAN, ADD TWO TABLES SPOON OIL
  9. ADD MUSTARD SEED
  10. ADD CURRY LEAVES
  11. ADD ONION
  12. ADD WASHED LADIES FINGER
  13. ADD LITTLE BIT SALT AND SAUTE IT WELL
  14. ONCE LADIES FINGER COOKED, ADD COCONUT CURD MIXTURE
  15. ADD REQUIRED WATER AND STIR WELL
  16. IN PAN, ADD 2 TABLE SPOON OIL
  17. ADD CHOPPED POTATOES
  18. SAUTE IT FOR 5 MINUTES
  19. ADD SALT
  20. ADD TURMERIC POWDER
  21. ADD CHILLY POWDER
  22. LET IT CRISPY .STIR IT OCCASIONALLY .
