  1. Kabuli chana 250 grams
  2. oil 1 tablespoon
  3. jeera 1 teaspoon
  4. red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  5. turmeric powder half teaspoon
  6. coriander powder one teaspoon
  7. Chole masala one tablespoon
  8. Salt according to taste
  9. Sab coriander for garnishing

Instructions

  1. SOAK 250 GRAMS KABULI CHANA IN SUFFICIENT WATER FOR TIME FOR 5 TO 6 HOURS, ADD SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE AND PRESSURE COOK FOR 5 WHISTLES
  2. INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING GRAVY, 3 CHOPPED ONIONS, 4 ROUGHLY CHOPPED TOMATOES, SOME GARLIC CLOVES AND CRUSHED GINGER
  3. KABULI CHANA IS PROPERLY COOKED AND SOFT AFTER PRESSURE COOKING
  4. TAKE CHOPPED ONION, TOMATO, GARLIC CLOVES AND GINGER IN A MIXER GRINDER
  5. PREPARE OF FINE PASTE
  6. HEAT 1 TABLESPOON OF OIL AND ADD ONE TEASPOON OF JEERA HALF TEASPOON OF HALDI POWDER AND ONE TEASPOON OF RED CHILLI POWDER, IMMEDIATELY ADD FINE PASTE
  7. SAUTE' TILL OIL SEPARATES
  8. ADD 1 TABLESPOON CHOLE MASALA
  9. ADD BOILED CHANA
  10. MIX WELL AND LET IT COOK COVERED FOR SOME TIME
