Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ghee 2 tsp
  2. Cashews 4-5 pieces
  3. Badam chopped 1 tsp
  4. Raisins 10-12
  5. Jeera 2 tsp
  6. Cooked rice 2 cup
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Curd 1 tbsp
  9. Coriander leaves 2 string

Instructions

  1. HEAT GHEE, FRY CASHEWS AND BADAM
  2. ADD RAISINS AND JEERA
  3. ADD COOKED RICE
  4. SALT TO TASTE
  5. CURD
  6. MIX WELL
  7. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES, MIX WELL
  8. MIX TILL MIXTURE THICK AND SERVE.
