  1. Paneer 200 gm
  2. Curd 1 tbs
  3. Onion 1 chopped
  4. Garlic 1 tbs
  5. Tomato paste 2 small
  6. Kasoori methi
  7. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  8. Kashmiri red chilli powder 2 tsp
  9. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  10. Red chilli powder 1.5 tsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Kitchen king Masala 1.5 tsp
  13. Coriander leaves
  14. Oil2 tbs
  15. Ghee 2.5 tbs
  16. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  17. Cloves 3-4
  18. Bayleaf 1
  19. Black, green cardamom 2-1

Instructions

  1. ADD 1 TSP KASHMIRI RED CHILLI POWDER IN 200 GM PANEER
  2. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  3. ADD 1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA
  4. ADD 1/2 TSP SALT
  5. ADD 2 TSP WATER & MIX
  6. COVER IT & LET IT REST FOR 10 MINUTES
  7. ADD 2 TBS OLIVE OIL IN A KADHAI
  8. ADD 2 TBS GHEE
  9. ADD BAYLEAF, WHOLE RED CHILLI (1-1)
  10. ADD 1/2 TSP CUMIN SEEDS
  11. 3-4 CLOVES
  12. ADD BLACK, GREEN CARDAMOM (2-1)
  13. ADD 1 TBS CHOPPED GARLIC
  14. ADD 1 TSP GARLIC PASTE
  15. ADD 1 CHOPPED ONION,SAUTE TILL THE GOLDEN BROWN COLOUR
  16. ADD 1.5 TSP KASHMIRI RED CHILLI POWDER
  17. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  18. ADD 1.5 TSP DEGI MIRCH OR TO TASTE
  19. ADD 1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
  20. ADD SOME WATER & MIX WELL
  21. NOW ADD 1 TSP BESAN & MIX
  22. ADD TOMATO PASTE(2 SMALL),MIX
  23. COVER & COOK FOR 5-7 MINUTES ON LOW HEAT
  24. TAKE 1.5 TSP GHEE IN ANOTHER PAN
  25. ADD MARINATED PANEER CUBES & SIMPLY FRY FOR 4-5 MINUTES
  26. ADD KASOORI METHI
  27. ADD 1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA
  28. ADD 1.5 TSP KITCHEN KING MASALA
  29. ADD 1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER
  30. ADD 1/2 TSP CUMIN POWDER
  31. SALT TO TASTE & MIX WELL
  32. ADD SOME 1/4 CUP WATER & ADD 1 TBS CURD,MIX WELL
  33. AGAIN COVER & COOK FOR 2 MINUTES
  34. ADD 1 TBS GRATED PANEER
  35. ADD FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES
  36. NOW ADD FRIED PANEER
  37. COVER & COOK FOR 2-3 MINUTES ON LOW HEAT
  38. AT LAST ADD KASOORI METHI & TAKE OFF THE HEAT
