Instructions

  1. PEARL MILLET 1CUP, CUMIN SEEDS1/2 TSP, 1BAY LEAF, CLOVES4, CINNAMON1", GHEE2TSP
  2. HEAT THE PAN ADD 2TSP GHEE
  3. ADD CARDAMON, CLOVES, CINNAMON, BAY LEAF
  4. ADD CUMIN SEEDS ROAST IT
  5. ADD PEARL MILLET STIR IT
  6. ADD 2 1/2 CUP WATER AND SALT
  7. CLOSE THE LID COOK FOR 4-7 WHISLE
  8. PEARL MILLET JEERA RICE READY
