Instructions

  1. RED CHILLI 3,TAMARIND PIECE,BRINJAL 2,GRAM DAL, URAD DAL, MUSTARD SEED ,GINGELLY OIL
  2. LAW FALME HEAT THE BRINJAL
  3. BOIL THE BRINJAL,REST IT
  4. HEAT THE PAN ,ADD OIL AND RED CHILLY. ROAST IT
  5. ADD GRAM DAL, URAD DAL CURRY LEAVES, TAMARIND .ROAST IT
  6. ROAST WELL
  7. PEEL THE BRINJAL SKIN
  8. PUT THE BRIDAL, IN MIXER JAR
  9. PULSE IT
  10. GRIND TO FORM A PASTE.
  11. HEAT THE THADKA PAN ADD GINGELLY OIL
  12. ADD MUSTARD SEEDS, CURRY LEAVES, HING POWDER
  13. POUR THE BRINJAL CURRY
  14. READY TO SERVE
