  2. Leftover chicken curry - 1 bowl
  3. Water - 1 cup
  4. Milk - 1 cup
  5. Ghee - 1 teaspoon
  6. Saffron - 1 teaspoon
  7. Cashews and raisins - 2 tablespoons
  8. Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Sugar - 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. IN A MICROWAVE BOWL ADD 1/2 CUP OF SOAKED BASMOTI RICE
  2. ADD 1 BOWL OF LAST NIGHT CHICKEN CURRY
  3. SPREAD 1/2 CUP OF SOAKED BASMOTI RICE
  4. ADD 1 TEASPOON SALT AND I TEASPOON SUGAR
  5. ADD 1 CUP OF MILK
  6. ADD 1 CUP OF WATER
  7. ADD 2 TABLESPOONS CASHEWNUTS AND RAISINS AND SOME SAFFRON
  8. ADD 1 TEASPOON GARAM MASALA POWDER AND 1 TEASPOON GHEE
  9. MIXED VERY GENTLY
  10. MICRO FOR 10 MINUTES
  11. READY TO SERVE
  12. ENJOYYYYYYYYY THIS DELICIOUS LUNCH ONLY 10 MINUTES
