Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 250 gram okra
  2. 1-1 tbsp cooking oil
  3. 1 chopped onion
  4. 2 nicely chopped green chilli
  5. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 1 tsp chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  8. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  9. 3/4 tsp salt or as per taste
  10. 1 tbsp curd
  11. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  12. 1 tbsp khoya
  13. 1 tbsp fresh malai
  14. 1 tsp kasuri methi
  15. Fresh chopped corriender

Instructions

  1. TAKE 250 GRAM OKRA AND CUT IN 2 TO 3 PIESES, NOW HEAT 1 TBSP OIL AND FRY THIS TILL SOFT
  2. WHEN DONE KEEP OUT IN PLATE
  3. HEAT 1 TBSP OIL AND ADD 1 CHOPPED ONION
  4. 2 GREEN CHILLIES NICELY CHOPPED
  5. 1 TOMATO NICELY CHOPPED AND MIX WELL
  6. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  7. 1 TSP CHILLI POWDER
  8. ADD 1/4 CUP WATER TO COOK TOMATO NICELY
  9. ADD 1/2 TSP ROASTED CUMIN POWDER
  10. 1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA
  11. 3/4 TSP SALT OR AS PER TASTE
  12. NOW ADD 1 TBSP CURD AND MIX
  13. ADD 1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER
  14. 1 TBSP KHOYA
  15. NOW ADD FRESH CHOPPED CORRIENDER
  16. FINALLY ADD 1 TBSP MALAI
  17. 1 TSP KASURI METHI AND MIX ALL
  18. NOW ADD FRY OKRA
  19. MIX LIGHTLY
