Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 250 gram okra
  2. 1-1 tbsp cooking oil
  3. 1 chopped onion
  4. 2 nicely chopped green chilli
  5. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 1 tsp chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  8. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  9. 3/4 tsp salt or as per taste
  10. 1 tbsp curd
  11. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  12. 1 tbsp khoya
  13. 1 tbsp fresh malai
  14. 1 tsp kasuri methi
  15. Fresh chopped corriender

Instructions

  1. HEAT 1 TBSP OIL, ADD 250 GMS OKRA PIECES, FRY UNTIL SOFT, SET ASIDE
  2. HEAT 1 TBSP OIL, ADD 1 CHOPPED ONION
  3. ADD 2 FINELY CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES, 1 CHOPPED TOMATO, SAUTE
  4. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER, 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  5. ADD 1/4 CUP WATER, COOK UNTIL SOFT
  6. ADD 1/2 TSP EACH OF ROASTED CUMIN & GARAM MASALA POWDERS
  7. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  8. ADD 1 TBSP CURD, MIX
  9. ADD 1/2 TSP PEPPER POWDER
  10. ADD 1 TBSP CRUMBLED KHOYA
  11. ADD 1 TBSP EACH OF CHOPPED FRESH CORIANDER & FRESH CREAM
  12. ADD 1 TSP KASURI METHI, MIX WELL
  13. ADD THE FRIED OKRA, MIX IN, SERVE HOT WITH RICE / ROTIS / PARANTHAS
