  1. Arhar daal 1cup
  2. Wheat flour 1cup
  3. Gram flour 2tbsp
  4. Red chilli powder 2tsp
  5. Cumin seeds 1tsp
  6. Turmeric powder 1tsp
  7. Oil 1tbsp
  8. Ghee 2tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Asafoetida a pinch

Instructions

  1. PREPARE DOUGH OF THE FLOUR BY MIXING ALL INGREDIENTS
  2. CUT IN PIECES WITH THE HELP OF KNIFE AND LET IT COOK IN WATER FOR 15 MINUTES
  3. WATER HAD STARTED BOILING
  4. PREPARE ARHAR DAAL IN COOKER BY ADDING LITTLE TURMERIC POWDER AND SALT.BLEND IT NICELY
  5. ADD BOILED DHOKLI IN IT AND TAKE 2 PRESSURES
  6. THE DHOKLIS ARE COOKED IN DAAL
  7. FOR TEMPERING HEAT OIL CRACKLE CUMIN SEEDS
  8. ADD RED CHILLI POWDER IN IT
