Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1cup maida,1tsp salt,
  2. 1 cup ridge gourd
  3. coriander leaves [handful]
  4. onions - 1
  5. 1 tsp chili powder
  6. 1/2 tsp dhaniya - jeera [coriander - cumin] powder
  7. cashew nuts [kaju] - 10
  8. Ridge gourd pieces - 1/2 cup
  9. Maida - 1 cup
  10. 1/2 TSP SALT
  11. 1 TSP OIL

Instructions

  1. MAIDA ONE CUP,1/2 TSP SALT ,1 TSP OIL
  2. MAKE SOFT DOUGH, CLOSE LID MEAN WHILE
  3. FOR STUFFING,1 CUP ONIONS CHOPPED ,CORIANDER ONE CUP, RIDGE GUARD,CUT PIECES
  4. HEAT A PAN ADD OIL, PUT CHOPPED ONION, COOK UNTIL SOFT.
  5. ONCE IT GETS SOFT ADD 1/2 TSP SALT,1/4TSP SUGAR
  6. WHEN ONIONS CHANGES COLOR, ADD RIDGE GOURD PIECES.
  7. OPEN LID MIX WELL
  8. ADD HALDI1/4. TSP,1/4 JERA POWERE,1/2 TSP DANIYA POWDER, CASHEW NUTS
  9. ADD RED CHILII POWDER 1 TSP
  10. MIX WELL ADD CORIANDER CLOSE FOR 1 MIN THEN TURN OFF TO CHILL
  11. MAKE ROTI OUT OF THE DOUGH KNEADED EARLIER.
  12. MAKE SMALL ROTI STUFF CORIANDER RIDGE GUARD CURRY .CLOSE TO FORM THE POTLI.
  13. PUT THE POTLIS TO DEEP FRY IN THE WOK WITH OIL.
  14. FRY UNTIL THEY ARE GOLDEN IN COLOR.
  15. TAKE OUT TO THE PLATE
  16. I GARNISHED WITH CORIANDER LEAVES AROUND POTLI SAMOSA AND SERVED WITH TOMATO SAUCE.
  17. READY TO SERVE
