Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 4onions finely chopped
  2. 2potatoes boiled
  3. salt to taste
  4. 1 tsp of oil
  5. 1/2tsp of cumin seeds
  6. 1/2tsp of mustard seeds
  7. 1/2lemon juice
  8. Few curry leaves
  9. 1-2green chilly

Instructions

  1. ADD 1TSP OIL IN PAN
  2. ADD 1/2TSP EACH OF CUMIN SEEDS AND MUSTARD SEEDS CURRY LEAVES AND GREEN CHILLY
  3. AS CUMMIN SEEDS CRACKLE ADD FINELY CHOPPED ONIONS
  4. SAUTE FOR WHILE
  5. ADD 1TSP EACH RED CHIILY POWDER AND CORRIANDER POWDER AND 1/2TSP OF TURMERIC POWDER
  6. SAUTE TILL ONIONS TURNS TRANSCULENT
  7. ADD SALT TO TASTE AND 1/2TSP OF GARAMASALA POWDER
  8. NOW ADD 1/2CUP OF WATER
  9. SAUTE
  10. ADD BOILED AND CHOPPED POTATOES
  11. ADD 1/2LEMON JUICE
  12. MIX AND COVER THE PAN WITH LID AND COOK FOR 5MINUTES
  13. REMOVE IN BOWL AND SERVE WITH CHAPPATI
