  6. turmeric - 1/2 TSP
  7. coriander LEAVES [HANDFUL]
  8. ghee
  9. HEENG [ASAFOETIDA] - 1 PINCH
  10. MUSTARD SEEDS - 1 TSP
  11. DRY RED CHILLIES - 2

Instructions

  1. SOAK TUAR DAAL CUMIN SEEDS CHOPPED TOMATO GREEN CHILLI SALT TURMERIC CORIANDER LEAVES
  2. ADD DESHEE GHEE IN COOKER HEAT ADD HEENG AND CUMIN SEEDS
  3. WHEN IT CRACKS
  4. ADD TOMATOES AND SOAK DAAL
  5. ADD WATER
  6. TAKE WHISTLE
  7. FOR TEMPERING HEAT GHEE ADD MUSTARD SEEDS WHEN CRACKS ADD RED CHILLI

  9. ADD IN DAAL READY TO EAT TADKA DAAL
