As named here I have used lemon juice with rice and horse gram dal gives it a crunchy taste you can enjoy this with papad chutneys and aachar

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cooked rice 1bowl
  2. Horse gram dal 2tsp
  3. Few curry leaves
  4. Green chilly chopped
  5. 1onion chopped
  6. Oil 1 tsp
  7. Cummin seeds
  8. Mustard seeds1tsp
  9. 1 Lemonjuice
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Fresh corriander

Instructions

  1. ADD OIL IN PAN 1TSP
  2. ADD CUMMIN SEEDS AND MUSTARD SEEDS 1 TSP EACH
  3. ADD FEW CURRY LEAVES AND CHOPPED GREEN CHILLY
  4. ADD 1CHOPPED ONION
  5. SAUTE FOR A WHILE
  6. ADD SOAKED HORSE GRAM DAL 2TSP
  7. SAUTE DAL
  8. COVER WITH LID
  9. OPEN LID AND ADD 1TSP EACH RED CHILLY POWDER AND CORRIANDER POWDER AND 1/2TSP OF TURMERI POWDER
  10. SAUTE AGAIN AND COVER WITH LID FOR SOMETIME
  11. OPEN LID AND ADD COOKED RICE
  12. ADD SALT TO TASTE AND 1 LEMON JUICE
  13. MIX PROPERLY
  14. ALL SPICES SHOULD BE MIXED
  15. ADD FRESH CORRIANDER
  16. REMOVE IN SERVING PLATE
  17. LEMON RICE IS READY TO EAT
