Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 medium size boiled potato
  2. 1 cup bread crumb
  3. 1 medium chopped onion
  4. 1 green chilli chopped
  5. 1/2 inch fresh ginger chopped
  6. Green coariander leaves
  7. 1 tsp salt to taste
  8. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  10. 1/2 tsp black salt
  11. 1 tsp chaat masala
  12. 1/2 tsp garam masala

Instructions

  1. MASH 4 BOILED POTATO.
  2. THEN ADD 1 MEDIUM CHOPPED ONION,GREEN CHILLI,GINGER AND COARIANDER LEAVES.
  3. MIX ALL WELL TILL IT GET COMBINE EVENLY.
  4. ADD 1/2 TSP COARIANDER POWDER,RED CHILLI POWDER,SALT ,GARAM MASALA AND 1 TSP CHAAT MASALA.
  5. MIX ALL SPICES TOGETHOR.
  6. THEN ADD 1 CUP BREAD CRUMB.
  7. MAKE SMALL BALLS OUT OF POTATO MIXTURE
  8. HEAT NONSTICK APPE MAKER AND ADD FEW DROPS OF OIL IN EACH SECTION.
  9. THEN PLACE POTATO BALL AND COOK IT FOR 5 MIN ON BOTH SIDE ON MEDIUM LOW FLAME.
  10. AFTER 5 MIN FLIP IT THEN AGAIN COOK IT FOR 5 MIN ,REPEAT THIS TILL IT BECOME CRISP AND GOLDEN BROWN.
  11. COOK IT FROM BOTH SIDES EVENLY TO GET PERFECT CRISPINESS.SERVE IT WITH ANY DIP OR TAMRIND CHUTTNEY.
