Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Fish 4 pieces
  2. Onion chopped 1 small size
  3. Tomato chopped 1 medium sized
  4. Green cilli 2, nigella seeds 1 teaspoon
  5. Mustard oil for cooking about 4 table spoon
  6. Ginger Cumin paste
  7. Salt and sugar as required
  8. Mustard paste 3 table spoon + 1 teaspoon termaric powder

Instructions

  1. ADD TERMARIC AND SALT RUB THE FISH PIECES
  2. HEAT MUSTARD OIL
  3. FRY
  4. COVER
  5. REMOVE THE COVER
  6. FRY
  7. KEEP ASIDE
  8. ADD NIGELLA SEEDS THEN ONIONS
  9. FRY AND ADD TOMATO
  10. ADD 1 TABLE SPOON CUMIN-GINGER PASTE
  11. ADD WATER
  12. ADD FRIED FISH PIECES
  13. ADD MUSTARD PASTE AND TERMARIC POWDER MIX
  14. ADD LITTLE WATER AND MIX
  15. ADD SALT
  16. ADD GREEN CILLI
  17. ADD 2 TEASPOON MUSTARD OIL AND COVER IT WITH A LID FOR 6-7 MINUTES
